Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Proactively promote and sell company products/services to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Contribute to daily/weekly team meetings to discuss performance metrics and sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Sales roles is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written in Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using computers, basic office software, and digital communication tools.
- High level of patience and the ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly.
- Willing to be placed and work on-site in Yogyakarta.
