Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and prospect potential new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing accurate information regarding products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to track performance against KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing roles.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Chinese (to facilitate cross-regional client interaction).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team structure.
