- Collaborate with the internal team to relay customer insights and suggest product improvements.
- Assist in promoting products and services during client interactions.
- Adhere to company service protocols to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Communication, Business, Marketing, or related).
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Customer-centric mindset with a high level of patience and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multicultural team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and digital communication tools.
- Ability to learn new product information quickly and translate it into simple terms for users.
- Residing in or willing to commute to the Gianyar, Bali area.
