Port Net Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customs Declarat to join our growing team in Pasig City. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics chain by preparing and processing all necessary customs documentation. You will be responsible for maintaining strict trade compliance and coordinating directly with customs brokers and logistics partners to ensure the timely clearance of shipments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and accurately file customs entries, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to Philippine Customs laws, tariff schedules, and trade regulations.
- Liaise effectively with customs brokers, shipping lines, and government agencies to facilitate clearance.
- Review invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any documentation discrepancies or delays immediately.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all processed shipments and compliance activities.
- Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc reports and data analysis regarding trade compliance.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Customs Declarat or in a similar logistics support role.
- Thorough knowledge of the Harmonized System (HS) Code and general customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
