Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategies? Accentuates is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and our key customers, driving revenue growth, fostering long-term relationships, and executing high-impact sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with key D2C partners and platforms to maximize brand visibility.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, preferably in the D2C or E-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to change.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
