Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily D2C sales transactions to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment.
- Perform daily validation of sales data across multiple platforms and sales channels.
- Generate regular sales performance reports and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate internal departments to resolve post-sales issues efficiently.
- Maintain database integrity by cleaning and updating customer information regularly.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks to streamline the customer journey.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Admin, or E-commerce fulfillment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management tools.
- Ability to process large volumes of data with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong coordination and time-management skills to meet strict operational deadlines.
