Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare daily Chinese meals for 6-9 people using authentic recipes and techniques
- Manage all aspects of meal preparation including ingredient sourcing and inventory control
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of common areas, kitchens, and living spaces
- Adhere to non-halal food preparation requirements and dietary specifications
- Plan weekly menus considering nutritional balance and variety
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure all hygiene standards are met
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking household members
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Chinese cuisine cooking with portfolio of regional specialties
- Fluent Mandarin language skills (both spoken and written)
