Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol beach club premises to ensure guest and staff safety
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Surveillance operations using CCTV and physical observation
- Enforce venue policies and crowd management protocols
- Assist with lost and found procedures
- Collaborate with hospitality team for seamless service
- Maintain detailed incident reports and logs
Kualifikasi
- Previous security experience preferred
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical fitness for extended patrols
- Valid Indonesian work permit
- Familiarity with beach club operations
