Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of premises to deter security breaches and ensure guest safety
- Monitor property access points and verify credentials of visitors and staff
- Investigate suspicious activities, incidents, and security violations
- Operate surveillance equipment including CCTV systems and alarm monitoring
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Coordinate emergency responses and collaborate with local authorities
- Enforce hotel security policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred
- Valid security officer certification (required by Indonesian regulations)
- Strong observational skills and ability to assess potential risks
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties in various weather conditions
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively during emergency situations
- Knowledge of local security protocols and emergency procedures
