Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity across systems
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with statistical analysis techniques and data modeling
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is preferred
