- Manage and maintain the integrity and security of risk databases.
- Formulate and implement techniques for efficient data collection and cleansing.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies related to risk factors.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in data management and risk analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Understanding of risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
