Join Lion Parcel's dynamic team as a Data Analyst (Marketing & Business Intelligence) and transform raw data into strategic business assets. - Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and ROI drivers
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to validate business hypotheses
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business objectives
- Generate regular performance reports highlighting trends, anomalies, and actionable recommendations
- Automate data collection processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Analytics
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing or BI roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio)
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
