Welsend Global Services is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a project-based, work-from-home basis. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large volumes of data to generate actionable business intelligence. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into clear, visual reports. We are seeking a proactive professional who can thrive in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support business forecasting and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and ensure data quality standards are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing operational data.
- Document data processes and maintain accurate data repositories.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a project-based or remote work environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant data.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
