- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing platforms, campaigns, and consumer research initiatives
- Develop and maintain robust analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital strategies based on data insights
- Implement and manage analytics tools and technologies to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities
- Mentor and develop junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and data visualization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with statistical analysis methods and A/B testing frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring analytics teams
- Knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing channels
