WeSupport is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Data Architect to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing robust, scalable, and secure data frameworks that drive our business intelligence and analytics initiatives. You will serve as the technical lead in translating complex business requirements into efficient data architectures, ensuring that our data infrastructure supports current operations and future growth.
As a Data Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to establish data governance standards, optimize storage solutions, and implement best practices for data management. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining data integrity, enhancing system performance, and facilitating seamless data integration across our platforms. - Design and implement comprehensive data architecture strategies that align with business goals and technical requirements.
- Develop logical and physical data models to ensure data consistency, integrity, and scalability across the enterprise.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based data storage solutions.
- Implement stringent data security measures and governance frameworks to protect sensitive information and comply with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and data scientists, to design and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Conduct performance tuning and analysis of database systems to ensure high availability, speed, and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members regarding data modeling and database management best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in data architecture, data modeling, or database administration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
