As a Data Center Engineer, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and maintenance of our state-of-the-art data center's critical infrastructure. This includes overseeing sophisticated power systems (UPS, generators, PDUs), advanced cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH units, chillers), and robust HVAC infrastructure. Your expertise will directly contribute to the stability and reliability that our business depends on.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on data center critical infrastructure, including electrical power systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs).
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize cooling systems such as CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, and associated plumbing to ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels.
- Manage and troubleshoot HVAC systems, environmental controls, and building management systems (BMS) to ensure a stable operational environment.
- Respond promptly to and resolve facility alarms, incidents, and system failures, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Collaborate with IT operations teams for hardware installations, decommissioning, racking, cabling, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, operational procedures, and industry best practices within the data center environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all infrastructure systems, maintenance records, incident reports, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during off-hours as required to address critical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data center operations, critical facility management, or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with electrical power distribution systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generators, and automatic transfer switches (ATS).
- Proven expertise in HVAC systems, CRAC/CRAH units, chilled water systems, and general data center cooling methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and operational manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and infrastructure issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data center physical infrastructure (e.g., Uptime Institute tiers).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDCS, ITIL Foundation) are a significant advantage.
