Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for marketing and business strategies
- Develop and implement machine learning models to predict consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports that communicate complex findings to stakeholders
- Design A/B testing frameworks and statistical experiments to validate hypotheses
- Optimize data collection processes and ensure data integrity across research projects
- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or research environment
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business implications
