Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data support or IT operations
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Certification in ITIL or CompTIA A+ advantageous
