Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain database systems (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) in production environments
- Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies for query efficiency
- Design and execute backup/recovery procedures to ensure data durability
- Implement security protocols including access controls and encryption for sensitive data
- Troubleshoot complex database issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with development teams to support application database requirements
- Document database configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
- Stay current with emerging database technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning, backup/recovery, and security measures
- Experience with database monitoring tools and performance analytics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
