Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and maintain the DC warehouse management system (WMS) infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure operational uptime
- Implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes
- Train warehouse staff on system usage and best practices
- Coordinate with IT teams to align system operations with business requirements
- Document system procedures and create technical documentation
- Analyze system data to identify optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong knowledge of system administration and database management
- Experience with ERP/WMS implementations and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently in a project-based environment
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian
