Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities across various industries
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to assess deal viability
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, investors, and industry experts
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums and pitch materials for internal review and client presentations
- Assist in structuring transactions and negotiating terms with potential partners
- Track industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with senior team members throughout the deal lifecycle from origination to closing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and market data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
