Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Account Executive to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to automotive dealerships, helping them maximize their market presence through our premium advertising solutions.

As a Dealer Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving growth for our clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of dealer partners, educating them on digital advertising best practices, and closing sales for our high-impact listing packages. If you are a persuasive communicator with a deep understanding of the car and motorcycle market, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealer partners in the Jakarta Selatan area.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets for advertising listing packages.
  • Provide expert consultation to dealers on how to optimize their ad listings for maximum visibility and lead conversion.
  • Proactively prospect and acquire new dealer accounts to expand our market share.
  • Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers at dealerships.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients to ensure high retention rates.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align sales strategies with current platform trends.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or classified advertising industry.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive sales landscape (cars and motorcycles).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Indonesian (native) and basic English.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working on a contract basis.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for client visits.
