In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, helping automotive dealers grow their business by leveraging our industry-leading advertising platform.
As a Dealer Account Executive, your primary mission is to build strong relationships with car dealerships, providing them with strategic solutions to maximize their inventory exposure. You will become a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate our suite of digital products, including premium listing quotas, highlights, and bump-up features. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new car dealers in the Semarang region.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our dealer network.
- Present and sell a full suite of OLX advertising solutions (listing quotas, highlights, and sundul features) to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide expert consultancy to clients on how to optimize their ad performance for better lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service excellence.
- Accurately track sales activities and pipeline progress using our internal CRM systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the automotive or digital advertising sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the local automotive market in Semarang and the surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working towards aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a dynamic team environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.
