Tanggung Jawab
- Support the development and execution of dealer marketing plans and promotional strategies for Changan dealerships in the region.
- Coordinate closely with dealership teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing assets, including social media content, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to dealers to optimize sales conversion.
- Organize and support dealership events, test drives, and road shows to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Service, and HR) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for the Changan brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
