Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated recipients within Davao City and surrounding areas.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective service, minimizing transit times.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the dispatch team and other couriers to manage workload, address delivery issues, and re-route as necessary.
- Accurately handle cash on delivery (COD) transactions and other payments, ensuring daily reconciliation.
- Maintain precise records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs using company systems or prescribed forms.
- Ensure the safe operation and conduct basic maintenance checks of company vehicles/motorcycles, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, transportation, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Courier, Dispatcher, or Delivery Driver, preferably with strong knowledge of Davao City.
- Possession of a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1 & 2 for motorcycle, 1, 2, 3 for vehicle).
- Thorough knowledge of Davao City's geography, major routes, and alternative paths.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and route planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-focused approach.
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights and sizes, and physically fit for the demands of the job.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
