Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload a variety of confectionery and retail goods.
- Verify delivery orders against items loaded and delivered, ensuring accuracy and minimal discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to assigned delivery schedules and planned routes across Singapore.
- Ensure proper handling, care, and secure storage of products during transit, especially fragile or perishable items.
- Conduct routine checks on the delivery vehicle and maintain its cleanliness and operational readiness.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers regarding delivery times and any potential issues.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, sorting, and stock replenishment as needed.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience (1-2 years) in a delivery, logistics, or transportation role is highly advantageous.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items (up to 20kg) frequently throughout the day.
- Good knowledge of Singapore road networks, especially the North-East Region, is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valued member of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional extended hours or weekends if operational needs arise.
