Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently transport goods to designated locations across Singapore, adhering to scheduled delivery times.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly for transit.
- Verify delivery accuracy by cross-referencing orders with received goods and obtaining necessary signatures/proof of delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, records, and documentation, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cash or electronic payments as required, ensuring accurate reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license in Singapore with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar logistics role.
- Familiarity with Singapore's road network and ability to use GPS navigation effectively.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 20kg) as required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
