This dynamic role combines logistics expertise with hands-on technical skills, requiring you to safely transport sensitive equipment while providing on-site diagnostics and solutions. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end process of collecting, delivering, and maintaining precision instruments across Bukit Batok and surrounding areas. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and deliver test instruments/equipment to client sites with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform on-site evaluation, diagnostic testing, and troubleshooting of technical equipment
- Conduct basic repairs and maintenance to restore equipment functionality
- Complete accurate documentation for each service call and delivery transaction
- Coordinate with technical team to escalate complex equipment issues
- Maintain inventory records for transported instruments and repair components
- Provide exceptional client service during on-site interactions
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3 minimum)
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery or field service roles
- Basic knowledge of electronics/mechanical troubleshooting procedures
- Ability to perform equipment calibration and simple repairs
- Strong spatial awareness for navigating complex delivery routes
- Physical capability to handle equipment up to 20kg
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
