Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strict timelines.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize costs and quality.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to technical and process standards throughout the lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing software development or IT projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
