Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level communication systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor daily delivery operations to ensure maximum system uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to communication protocols and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy system updates and new features.
- Perform regular system audits and security checks to protect enterprise data.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operational manuals.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for complex delivery-related escalations.
- Analyze system metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in IT operations, network engineering, or communications support.
- Strong understanding of enterprise communication protocols (SIP, VoIP, PBX).
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewall management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with strict SLAs.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud communication platforms or specialized delivery software is a plus.
