Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for ANZP and CJL regions using advanced analytics
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align demand plans with business objectives
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining service targets and minimizing stockouts
- Analyze market trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts to refine forecasting models
- Implement and improve demand planning processes and tools across the division
- Prepare monthly/quarterly demand reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve demand-supply imbalances
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management
- Proficiency in demand forecasting tools (SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
- Experience in inventory optimization and production planning
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration across regions
- Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy by 10%+
