Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement accurate demand forecasting models to predict product demand across multiple outlets
- Optimize replenishment strategies to ensure product availability while minimizing inventory costs
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Collaborate with 3PL partners to coordinate logistics and ensure timely product delivery
- Implement and maintain inventory optimization processes across the multi-outlet network
- Generate regular reports on inventory performance, demand trends, and supply chain efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Familiarity with F&B industry inventory management practices and challenges
- Experience working with 3PL partners and multi-outlet distribution networks
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
