Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and tray setups for dental procedures.
- Assist dentists chairside during a variety of restorative and surgical procedures.
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols for all dental tools and equipment in compliance with health standards.
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after dental treatments.
- Accurately document patient treatment notes and medical histories in the clinic management system.
- Provide patient education on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and alert management when restocking is required.
- Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the lead dentist.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Dental Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is mandatory.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or in a clinical dental environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach to healthcare.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced clinic.
- Proficient in dental software and basic computer operations.
- Strong commitment to maintaining professional hygiene and clinical standards.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
