Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to strict sterilization and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of dental materials and impression-taking processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient dental records and medical history documentation.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care instructions to promote oral health.
- Support the medical team in managing outpatient clinic flow to ensure timely service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to Siloam Hospitals' SOPs and healthcare regulations regarding patient care and confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) in Dental Nursing, Dental Technician, or a related healthcare field.
- Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental instruments, materials, and clinical safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for clinical record management.
