As a Dentist II, you will perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose and treat oral diseases, and perform a wide range of procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings. You will develop patient-specific treatment plans, educate individuals on proper oral hygiene, and maintain meticulous records in compliance with healthcare standards. Collaboration with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff is key to ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient care.

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conduct dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and scaling
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff to optimize clinic workflow
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental health awareness
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the Philippines
- At least 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong internship credentials may be considered
- Excellent diagnostic, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in Filipino and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Commitment to professional growth and adherence to ethical standards
- Familiarity with digital dental records and modern dental equipment is an advantage
