Soccsksargen General Hospital is inviting qualified professionals to apply for the position of Dentist II. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, including X-rays, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal assessments.
- Perform a wide range of clinical procedures such as fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dietary habits, and preventative care strategies.
- Document patient medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and confidentially.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary patient care.
- Participate in hospital outreach programs, dental missions, and community health seminars.
- Maintain and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to strict hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and report shortages or equipment needs.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of a 5-year Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) program.
- Currently registered and licensed with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC).
- Must possess a valid Civil Service Professional License (relevant for government hospitals).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of modern dental technologies, materials, and sterilization protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a high volume of patient appointments.
