Tanggung Jawab
- Spearhead the development and implementation of national strategies for financial asset tokenisation.
- Design robust regulatory frameworks and oversight mechanisms for FinTech infrastructure projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing Proof-of-Concept (POC) trials for DLT-based financial market infrastructure.
- Engage with global stakeholders, including international regulators and private sector leaders, to foster interoperability and standards.
- Analyze emerging FinTech trends to provide actionable policy recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee the risk management framework related to digital asset custody, settlement, and liquidity.
- Represent MAS in industry forums, conferences, and international working groups on digital finance.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in financial market infrastructure, investment banking, or central banking.
- Deep expertise in Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), tokenisation protocols, and blockchain interoperability.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure requirements and regulatory/policy objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and international counterparts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in project management within a fast-paced, complex regulatory environment is highly preferred.
