Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the CFO to define and execute the Group's financial strategy, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
- Financial Operations Oversight: Manage all aspects of financial operations, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
- Investor Relations: Take a leading role in managing relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions, presenting financial results and strategic plans.
- Risk Management: Oversee the enterprise risk management framework, ensuring robust internal controls, regulatory compliance, and business continuity.
- Capital Management: Lead capital allocation, budgeting, and forecasting processes, optimizing the organization's capital structure and investment decisions.
- M&A and Corporate Development: Spearhead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration for strategic mergers and acquisitions.
- Digital Transformation: Champion the modernization of the finance function by implementing advanced ERP systems, automation, and data analytics tools.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. An MBA or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA) is mandatory.
- Leadership Track Record: Minimum 12-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Director or CFO).
- Industry Expertise: Strong background in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment; experience in diverse business sectors is highly desirable.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic business recommendations and drive commercial outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including the Board of Directors.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS), corporate finance, treasury management, and advanced ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
