Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze dCommerce performance metrics for Skin Care category including sales trends, growth drivers, and execution effectiveness
- Develop and implement digital commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and market share
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive digital execution
- Monitor and report on marketplace performance, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
- Optimize product listings, promotions, and digital campaigns across e-commerce platforms
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance consumer journey and conversion rates
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in digital commerce operations
- Ensure alignment with Unilever's brand values and sustainability goals in digital channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital commerce, e-commerce management, or FMCG retail
- Proven track record in analyzing e-commerce data and driving sales growth
- Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce landscape (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketplace management systems
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional communication skills
