Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive market expansion strategies to accelerate store network growth across Indonesia.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential retail sites through detailed demographic analysis, foot traffic studies, and competitor mapping.
- Lead high-level negotiations for commercial lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with corporate financial targets.
- Manage the end-to-end pipeline of site acquisition, from initial scouting and feasibility analysis to final contract execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth site handovers and store openings.
- Analyze market trends and economic shifts to continuously refine the expansion roadmap and identify new growth vectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key property developers, landlords, and commercial real estate brokers.
- Prepare regular progress reports and strategic presentations for senior management and regional stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, network expansion, or commercial real estate, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and property market regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and large-scale project pipelines.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret market data into actionable business plans.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel extensively to evaluate potential sites across various regions.
