Join MSP Hitect as a Deputy Manager, Parts & Intake Planning and drive operational excellence in our dynamic service division. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of departmental KPIs including Customer Retention, Parts Sales, and Service Intake. You'll implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodologies to optimize processes while strictly monitoring budget adherence and business plan execution. - Monitor and analyze KPIs including Customer Retention, Parts Sales, and Service Intake metrics
- Execute and track departmental PDCA cycles for continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance against business plan targets
- Develop and implement strategic parts inventory management systems
- Oversee service intake processes to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, logistics, and service teams
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process optimization measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in parts management or logistics, with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in KPI monitoring and PDCA methodology implementation
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent leadership abilities with team mentoring experience
- Knowledge of automotive or industrial parts operations preferred
