Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the conceptualization, design, and production of engaging visual content (graphics, illustrations, short videos) for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Support the development and scheduling of social media content calendars to maintain consistent brand presence.
- Actively monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform content strategy.
- Help manage and grow our Instagram community by interacting with followers and responding to comments/messages.
- Provide creative design support for various marketing initiatives, including website assets, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Contribute to tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools (e.g., Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, and current digital content trends.
- Excellent visual aesthetic and a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout.
- Basic video editing skills are a strong plus (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work, social media content, or personal creative projects is highly advantageous.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and contribute to a growing brand.
