Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the design process from conceptualization to final project delivery.
- Maintain clear communication channels between architects, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and organize design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure all design milestones are met effectively and efficiently.
- Perform regular site visits and progress checks to verify alignment with design intent.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project review meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the design team to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in design coordination or project administration.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and design standards.
- Willingness to work in the Bedok South area with a commitment to a 5-day work week.
