PT Lami Packaging Indonesia is a dynamic leader in the packaging industry, and we are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Design Coordinator to join our team in Tangerang. While the role title emphasizes design coordination, this position serves as the critical bridge between our creative design output and our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory management and material logistics.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational workflow. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of packaging materials from the moment they are received until the finished goods are loaded for distribution. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end warehouse management system, including material receiving, storage, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with the design and production departments to ensure packaging material specifications align with inventory availability.
- Conduct regular stock counting and reconciliation to ensure 100% accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Manage the loading and dispatching process of finished goods, ensuring timely fulfillment for clients.
- Implement and maintain warehouse organization standards to maximize storage efficiency and safety.
- Analyze inventory levels and generate routine reports to assist management in production planning.
- Monitor material quality upon arrival and report any discrepancies to the procurement and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures throughout all warehouse activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between production and warehouse staff.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong emphasis on operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of packaging materials or manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang, Banten.
