In this role, you will play a critical part in translating conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and blueprints that guide our construction and development projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to interpret sketches and design requirements accurately.
- Revise existing drawings and update project documentation based on field feedback and design changes.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with national building codes, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to clarify design specifications during the construction phase.
- Maintain an organized digital library of project drawings and master revisions.
- Perform site visits when necessary to take measurements and verify existing site conditions.
- Utilize CAD software efficiently to maximize productivity and drawing accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Drafter or similar technical design role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, building methods, and technical notation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based environment with tight schedules.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous drafting work and technical capabilities.
