Tanggung Jawab
- Drive DevOps culture adoption and alignment across engineering teams
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks
- Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Ensure security and compliance standards are integrated into DevOps workflows
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance delivery velocity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container technologies
- Experience with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and monitoring tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and infrastructure automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
