In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the operational reliability of our fleet of HOWO Trucks and specialized garbage compactors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HOWO Trucks and garbage compactor systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot engine, transmission, and electrical failures using diagnostic tools.
- Execute complex repairs on diesel engines, fuel systems, and exhaust systems.
- Maintain, repair, and test hydraulic systems associated with garbage compaction units.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with road standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, parts usage, and repairs performed.
- Respond to emergency roadside repairs and breakdowns when necessary.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize fleet uptime and performance.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Diesel Mechanic, specifically with heavy trucks.
- Proficiency in servicing and troubleshooting HOWO Truck systems is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (heavy vehicle license is a plus).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in a workshop setting.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and standards.
