Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and patient evaluations to identify specific dietary needs.
- Develop and implement individualized meal plans tailored to specific medical conditions and recovery goals.
- Provide expert dietary counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers to ensure adherence to nutrition plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutritional strategies in collaboration with the medical team.
- Counsel patients on preventative nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
- Ensure strict compliance with hospital food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and discharge planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Registration as a Dietitian with the Singapore Nutrition Board (SNB).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate diverse patient populations.
- Experience in acute care or clinical settings is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and care planning.
