You will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical implementation, ensuring every ad dollar is optimized for maximum ROI. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute end-to-end digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, performing proactive optimizations to hit KPIs and ROAS targets.
- Coordinate with cross-border teams in Singapore to align on strategy, creative requirements, and reporting timelines.
- Perform meticulous quality assurance (QA) on ad tracking tags, landing pages, and conversion pixels to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- Manage ad budget pacing to ensure efficient spend across various client accounts.
- Resolve technical tracking discrepancies and troubleshoot platform-related issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital ad operations or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to manage cross-border projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and pixel implementation.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple client accounts under tight deadlines.
