You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, IT teams, and functional managers to identify adoption barriers, develop targeted interventions, and measure success through clear KPIs.
Key responsibilities include leading crossâfunctional project teams, launching adoption campaigns, creating interactive training modules, and continuously monitoring usage analytics to iterate and improve the adoption journey.

- Develop and execute a companyâwide digital adoption strategy aligned with business goals.
- Partner with IT, HR, and business leaders to identify adoption barriers and implement solutions.
- Design, produce, and deliver engaging training materials, workshops, and eâlearning modules.
- Monitor adoption metrics and user engagement using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
- Manage changeâmanagement communications, including newsletters, banners, and internal campaigns.
- Lead crossâfunctional project teams, track milestones, and ensure onâtime delivery of adoption initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital adoption, change management, or user enablement.
- Proficiency with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, AppLearn) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results in a matrix environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and drive continuous improvement.
- Certification in PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar change management frameworks is advantageous.
